A new Gallup poll indicates American workers plan to work even after they retire.
Eight out of 10 Americans think they will work full or part-time after retirement. What’s most surprising is that most of those surveyed say they will do so because they want to rather than out of necessity.
Gallup says the poll represents the changing nature of the retirement landscape in the U.S.
A question now emerges as the baby boomers start to retire, will there be enough jobs for older workers who wish to continue to stay in the workforce, especially in light of the fragile economic recovery.
